Fall means pumpkin season! One of the most authentic experiences you can do with the whole family is picking pumpkins yourself from a pumpkin patch. If you're looking to get outdoors and find the perfect pumpkin for carving, here are the pumpkin patches around Springfield that are open this year!
Gardener's Orchard
Gardener's Orchard has become a fall destination for all things pumpkin. Not only can you pick pumpkins from their patch, but several activities include checking out their corn maze, petting zoo, hay rides, jump pad, hay tower, corn pit and more. Admission is $12.95 a person for all activities, kids two and under are free.

Pickin' Patch Farm
Wander over to Pickin' Patch Farm in Marionville to pick your own pumpkins. Rather than pay for the number of pumpkins you bring to the register, you pay by the weight. Enjoy a hayride through the fields and end the afternoon off with a few rounds in the corn maze.

Campbell's Maze Daze

Fieth Family Farm
Near Bolivar sits Fieth Family Farm. Not only can you purchase pumpkins but you can also get beautiful potted mums for just a few dollars. Check out the farm animals and don't forget to take a picture near the hay bale photo op.

Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park
For a pumpkin patch with all the trimmings, Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park can be spotted a mile away with the big red barn. While picking pumpkins, stop by the barn to see your favorite farm animals as well getting lost in the corn maze. Pumpkins are priced by weight.

Pumpkins Without The Patch
Fassnight Creek Farm
While not exactly a patch, Fassnight Farm as a bountiful selection of gorgeous pumpkins, gourds, mums, fall decor and mini pumpkins easily accessible in the middle of Springfield.

Barnhouse Pumpkin Patch
Barnhouse Pumpkin Patch & Festival is the place to be for all your fall needs. While they have a variety of pumpkins, you can also pick out gourds, corn stalks, milo stalks, Indian corn, hedge apples, straw, mums, and scarecrows. Afterward, stay for the fall festival for tons of games, a hay maze, photo ops with the caboose, an outdoor movie theater, pumpkin painting, and a bounce house. Food vendors will also be in attendance on weekends.
